I had a session yesterday and 3 women talked, laughed, and carried on like it was a coffee shop. I find this extremely rude if you know people are going there to relax. Have a little consideration. I suffered for the last six years or so with chronic neck and back pain. I’ve literally tried everything to help eliminate the pain – monthly massages, physical therapy, exercise, chiropractic – while these things helped temporarily, the pain always came back. I have had ONE treatment with Nada and my pain is gone! I’m sleeping better and can feel more movement and relaxation in my body. I will definitely be coming back to continue treatments with Nada!

I originally went to Nada for Plantar Fasciitis; I had it for about 2 years and walking was getting harder to do. After about 5 – 8 visits, it’s GONE!! Then I locked my jaw in January and the pain continued until I went back in February, and instantly the pain was gone. I have TMJ so I still go back from time to time and if anything else hurts she treats that too. She’s amazing! Acupuncture is amazing! I totally recommend Birch Haven!!

In December I was feeling anxious, irritable, depressed, and physically unwell. I had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) during COVID that also left scars on my face.
The scars on my face healed, but they were stiff and very visible. Nada told me about a new treatment she could provide to patients with a history of concussion, so I decided to try it.
I felt a change after just the first treatment, but I didn’t have any super-high expectations.
I continued to get weekly treatment for six weeks, and she would always start with the scar on my face.
I left each treatment feeling energized and optimistic, and now, six weeks after completing my last treatment, I feel like a new person! Optimistic, relaxed, healthy, and my mind feels so much clearer. I feel like Superwoman at work, and as an added bonus, the scar has almost completely disappeared.

Although coaching never crossed my mind, a beautiful friend showed me the benefits of it.
At first I thought, “OK, what can it hurt to try something new?” I was feeling burdened without realizing what was causing it. Then, after a routine physical, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This really shocked my body and my mind. It wasn’t until a few sessions that I realized it wasn’t the disease that was making me feel down and out, it was my thinking. I felt dread and wondered, “Great, is this what my life is going to be like?” I now realize I don’t have to live worrying about labels; I have the power to change it myself. I still have to monitor my sugars, but if I watch what I eat, I’m still not taking any meds.
My thinking has changed since Nada has been in my life as well. I now realize negativity only weighs you down. I was letting small family issues change my entire life (which, after going through a tremendously tragic experience, I realized how small the issue really is/was!) The way I saw people, the way I became sour and bitter, the time I wasted feeling that way – it was just toxic for me, my family, and my friends.
We are now trudging through waters so deep and murky I feel I would have drowned had I not gone through life coaching with Nada. I sometimes feel the deep waters pulling me under along with my family, but I guess that’s why they call it “Life Coaching!” I know I can call Nada anytime to throw me a line and get my head above water.

When I came to Nada’s Energy Codes book study, I was struggling with my primary relationship along with some other major stressful things going on in my life. I was appreciative of methodically working through the practices in each chapter to gain a deeper understanding of the words, but more importantly, feeling/owning the subtle shifts I noticed as I learned the breathing exercises and practices!
Nada has such a wonderful presence about her and is a great champion and guide through the material. At the end of 12 weeks I’m feeling more grounded in who I really am and how I want to live out my remaining years. Lastly, be patient with yourself and give yourself grace as you reconnect with your inner self – be open to the Mystery that will unfold!

Nada’s Thunderstorm Singing Bowl Sound Bath recording is a perfect addition to my relaxation music playlist. I love the real outdoor sounds! I feel like I’m rocking on a porch, listening to the rain on the roof and the thunder in the distance. At one point the rain sounds so real that I always stop and look at the ceiling to see if my roof is leaking! 🙂 This is my new favorite way to unwind before bed.

Being involved with traditional medicine I had never thought much of acupuncture.
