I had a session yesterday and 3 women talked, laughed, and carried on like it was a coffee shop. I find this extremely rude if you know people are going there to relax. Have a little consideration. Over the years, I’ve done about 100 online programs, 1:1 coaching programs, workshops, retreats, etc. and never found such quick practical results on the physical plane. Instead of small, incremental baby steps of progress, I was able to make quantum leaps when I started working with Nada.
By week 5 of the DreamBuilder Coaching Program with Nada, I had finally sprung into action the 10-year long dream my husband and I had to sell our home in MN & travel the US for 3.5 months (both as an adventure and to see where we wanted to live next outside the Midwest).
The DreamBuilder program, alongside Nada’s coaching, also helped me reclaim my health after a relapse with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and depression earlier this year after experiencing a PTSD event.

Although coaching never crossed my mind, a beautiful friend showed me the benefits of it.
At first I thought, “OK, what can it hurt to try something new?” I was feeling burdened without realizing what was causing it. Then, after a routine physical, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This really shocked my body and my mind. It wasn’t until a few sessions that I realized it wasn’t the disease that was making me feel down and out, it was my thinking. I felt dread and wondered, “Great, is this what my life is going to be like?” I now realize I don’t have to live worrying about labels; I have the power to change it myself. I still have to monitor my sugars, but if I watch what I eat, I’m still not taking any meds.
My thinking has changed since Nada has been in my life as well. I now realize negativity only weighs you down. I was letting small family issues change my entire life (which, after going through a tremendously tragic experience, I realized how small the issue really is/was!) The way I saw people, the way I became sour and bitter, the time I wasted feeling that way – it was just toxic for me, my family, and my friends.
We are now trudging through waters so deep and murky I feel I would have drowned had I not gone through life coaching with Nada. I sometimes feel the deep waters pulling me under along with my family, but I guess that’s why they call it “Life Coaching!” I know I can call Nada anytime to throw me a line and get my head above water.

Nada’s Thunderstorm Singing Bowl Sound Bath recording is a perfect addition to my relaxation music playlist. I love the real outdoor sounds! I feel like I’m rocking on a porch, listening to the rain on the roof and the thunder in the distance. At one point the rain sounds so real that I always stop and look at the ceiling to see if my roof is leaking! 🙂 This is my new favorite way to unwind before bed.

I can only express my deepest gratitude to Nada for introducing me to the amazing world of crystal singing bowls. Nada is fully in tune and aligned with her crystal bowls, which is a crucial aspect of the sound bath. Besides experiencing a deeply relaxing and soothing event — which lifted daily stress and tension like a gentle breeze off mind and body — the humming and calming energies of healing sound vibrations entered my body to work their healing powers almost magically.
I could hear the sounds of these mesmerizing bowls inside my heart for days. During meditations following the sound bath experience, l was able to reach a deeper state of mindfulness and even gained valuable insights as l felt more relaxed and ‘in harmony and balance’ than I had in a long time. I am still absorbing and enjoying the benefits, and will add crystal bowl sound bathing to my regular wellness and self-care routine. Thank you, Nada!

When I came to Nada’s Energy Codes book study, I was struggling with my primary relationship along with some other major stressful things going on in my life. I was appreciative of methodically working through the practices in each chapter to gain a deeper understanding of the words, but more importantly, feeling/owning the subtle shifts I noticed as I learned the breathing exercises and practices!
Nada has such a wonderful presence about her and is a great champion and guide through the material. At the end of 12 weeks I’m feeling more grounded in who I really am and how I want to live out my remaining years. Lastly, be patient with yourself and give yourself grace as you reconnect with your inner self – be open to the Mystery that will unfold!

I can’t recommend Nada enough!
In December I was feeling anxious, irritable, depressed, and physically unwell. I had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) during COVID that also left scars on my face.
The scars on my face healed, but they were stiff and very visible. Nada told me about a new treatment she could provide to patients with a history of concussion, so I decided to try it.
I felt a change after just the first treatment, but I didn’t have any super-high expectations.
I continued to get weekly treatment for six weeks, and she would always start with the scar on my face.
I left each treatment feeling energized and optimistic, and now, six weeks after completing my last treatment, I feel like a new person! Optimistic, relaxed, healthy, and my mind feels so much clearer. I feel like Superwoman at work, and as an added bonus, the scar has almost completely disappeared.
If you have had a concussion or TBI, go see Nada! You will be glad you did.
