Full Hunter’s Moon Singing Bowl Sound Bath: October 16

On October 16, 2021, Nada Hogan is offering an in-person Hunter’s Moon alchemy crystal singing bowl sound bath at the Unity of the Valley Spiritual Center in Savage, Minnesota, from 6 to 7 p.m.

Join us for a night of introspection and relaxation. Release fear, anxieties, worry, and doubt, and open and connect to the bright light that resides inside of you.

The soothing sounds of these crystal singing bowls offer an opportunity to deeply reconnect with your dreams and aspirations.

Harmonize Your Heart and Mind

Harmonize your mind, body, breath, and spirit to transport yourself to another dimension.

Your only job at the sound bath is to rest gently on the floor while Nada’s guided sound bath meditation helps you release the day and the past, and ease into the evening and your future, beckoning your dreams back to life. For 60 minutes you get to let go and just be!

You will be resting on the floor, so for your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s) and a roll for under your knees (a rolled-up towel works wonderfully).
