Winter Solstice Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath: Dec. 19
On Dec. 19, 2020, Nada Hogan is offering a special, in-person winter solstice alchemy crystal singing bowl sound bath at the Metamorphosis Center in Savage, Minnesota, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Join us for a night of introspection and relaxation to welcome the gifts of winter. Release fear, anxieties, worry, and doubt, and open and connect to the bright light that resides inside of you.
The soothing sounds of these crystal singing bowls offer an opportunity to deeply reconnect with your dreams and aspirations as you are gently carried away to the moon, and get to play among the stars.
Harmonize Your Heart and Mind
Harmonize your mind, body, breath, and spirit to transport yourself to another dimension.
Your only job at the sound bath is to rest gently on the floor while Nada’s guided sound bath meditation helps you release the day and the past, and ease into the evening and your future, beckoning your dreams back to life. For 60 minutes you get to let go and just be!
You will be resting on the floor, so for your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s) and a roll for under your knees (a rolled-up towel works wonderfully).
