Katie Elliott is the host of Adventures in Behaviour Change podcast. She is also a successful author, artist, musician, and creator of AmikoCards™. As the creative mind behind Little Challenges, Katie uses ideas, inspiration, and practical tools to help make the messy business of being human just a little bit easier.

Katie had noticed that when she started something new, it would go well for a while, and then she would fall apart. It was as if she were programmed to fail. When she had a life-changing breakdown in 2016, Katie started to teach herself how to have a happier, healthier, more productive life. Within four months, she no longer qualified for any mental health diagnosis for the first time in her adult life. She has remained well ever since.
